The Lodge, Drayton is one of Norwich’s true landmark properties, and was recently given a new lease of life in a £13.5m development project by Hidden Talents Homes.

The Original Old Lodge was built in the 1430s by the English knight, Sir John Fastolf, but today, the development boasts more than 35 stunning, high-spec, new build homes.

This duality drove the direction of the branding. An identity that lives in the delicate balance between historical references and modern finishes. A blend of the new with the old, the refined with the comfortable, and the local with the worldly.

Working alongside the development team, we made sure that the creative was true to its history, and delivered a design system to convey its distinctive and unique offering.
